At Kotaku, we love one thing more than games: zombies. So by default, any game with half-deads immediately has our interest. And a photo-journalism zombie game? We are so there.

Capcom's Dead Rising puts players in the role of Frank West, a journo investigating an incident in Colorado (aka "Crecente-land"). Something goes wrong, and Frank is trapped in a shopping center. With zombies. Yes!!! It's as though Capcom asked us what kinda game we'd most like to play and then made it.
