We realize you've got it worse than us Americans. So here's a good deal: Bell Canada is combining their Sympatico High Speed Internet Access with a Microsoft Xbox 360 and 3 free games. The price is Canadian $59.95 per month, which doesn't seem too shabby, though what do I know: I pay €45 a month for DSL without a free 360 thrown in.
