Oh, what will the FDA say? Across the sea, GameDaily reports that some Japanese hospitals are snatching up DS units and copies of games from the Brain Training series for elderly patients. Doctors believe that these puzzling games for the DS are helping keep Japanese seniors mentally agile. Will this catch in America? Is it what the doctor ordered? If nothing else, having messed around with some of these Brain Training games, they are a blast. Expect numerous studies examining the effects of the Brain Training series to pop up once they hit and circulate around the U.S. Academic types are always looking for something to do.
