Following the many tales of very unhappy campers (pun totally intended) and their experiences picking up Xbox 360s from Best Buy, a leaked memo emerged over at Next Generation concerning the bundles fiasco and PR nightmare in its wake. From the memo: "Some customers felt a great deal of pressure to buy the entire bundle in order to get the hardware. This sales approach is not our policy and doesn't support our values. Therefore, it's our expectation that you allow these customers to return any individual or bundled items without hassle."

Come on Best Buy, recover in the eyes of your consumers. Re-earn our trust and hard-earned cash!
