Japanese game site Game Watch has some nice pictures of the new Mario Kart Grand Prix Arcade game in action. The images show the arcade machine and a collection of screen shots. My favorite picture shows how the arcade game will make use of head shots of the players. Apparently each player's face will show up as a floating box near the kart they are driving. It looks like the real picture will be altered automatically depending on who a person is playing. So, for instance, if you are playing Mario you will have a mustache. I love how cartoon effects pop up on the pictures when things happen to you.
