A new video game show and online magazine announced today offers a look into the minds of the video game industry.

The series, Game Theory with Scott Steinberg, will feature game designers, executives, and journalists discussing and debating the big topics.

This first season, debuting today, starts with a multi-part documentary on the recent transformation of the game industry with elements like motion control and 3D. The show is hosted by Steinberg and features appearances by Will Wright, Sid Meier, Trip Hawkins, Peter Molyneux, and Cliff Bleszinski.

Game Theory also has an online magazine that hopes to analyze the industry's top issues. It will include views from hi5 president Alex St. John, futurist Jane McGonigal, and ECA president Hal Halpin.
