Multiple Japanese Twitter users have posted pictures of what appears to be a fire in a Konami office.
[UPDATE] A Konami spokesperson told Kotaku that its Japanese headquarters were not involved in any kind of fire. It and Konami employees working there all are fine—if a bit confused by this attention.
Twitter user @wataru_hrt has put up this picture of what appears to be smoke coming out of a Konami building in the Roppongi district, where Metal Gear Solid studio Kojima Productions is based.
Twitter user @sphere037 has a different angle of the purported fire.
We've contacted Konami for comment and will update as soon as we hear anything.
