Capcom announces that it has shipped over a million copies of Lost Planet to America, Japan and Europe since going on sale.

Sony pulled this same stunt earlier. What is it with game companies announcing shipping numbers? That seems more like good news for Fed Ex and UPS. Why not announce shipping and units sold at *gasp* the same time? Brian Ashcraft
