    @AegisOrnus: A hot girl in this situation doesn't bother me at all, because she's obviously wanting the attention, and has worked hard to get it, and deserves the adoration. I don't feel jealous or anything because she has worked for the attention. And I think that as long as those people respect her boundaries (ie no inapproriate comments, touching without permission etc.) she (and other girls in similar situations) probably enjoy being admired, at least for a little while.

    I'm not a really hot girl so I don't know what it would be like to be ogled in everyday situations, and I imagine they're used to it so it doesn't bother them too much. Really I think that perhaps except for extremely attractive women, it's only when you make an effort to be attractive (with your clothing choices and behaviour), that you would be overtly stared at. So when a girl has made an effort, you can probably assume she wants to be noticed. Although you definitely can't assume she wants to be approached by guys off the street, it might be someone in particular she is trying to impress. :)

    As for being overshadowed by beautiful women, well, I can only say that people generally end up with partners of similar attractiveness. So everyone ogles the gorgeous woman, but only the most attractive guys have a chance with her, and everyone knows it. With the ratios of male-female roughly equal, most girls have a decent chance of being admired by someone.

    However if we're just talking about cosplaying, if I'd made an awesome costume I was really proud of, I probably would be at least a bit jealous of the gorgeous girl getting all the attention. :D

    The Gooch is one of those scarily photogenic people. He even looks cool next to Bash! Madness.

    I'd be game for an iPhone project by his studio. It'd be a shame if he felt the need to make it a puzzle/strategy, or an RTS (like Blue Dragon DS) or whatnot, when the system is in dire need of what Mistwalker does best - old fashioned RPGs with a modern sprucing up.

    @Jim-sama: He directed, produced or supervised pretty much every great Square RPG leading into the PS2 era. FF1-10, Chrono Trigger, Super Mario RPG, Bahamut Lagoon, FF Tactics, Parasite Eve 1+2, Xenogears, etc.
    So basically, if you haven't played any of his older works, but enjoyed Lost Odyssey even a little, you probably owe it to yourself to go check them out.
    But, given your display pic, I'd have to assume you'd be a tad familiar with a few of those!

    @manablue: It was interesting at first, then quickly became tedious and archaic. Mistwalker tread on half Materia, half dress sphere and failed to master both. It really did feel like Pokemon...and I don't even play Pokemon. But I put up with it because the writing and pacing was just that spectacular. Not to mention the most believable looking characters which are done right, not bordering hermaphrodites.

    Those elixirs taste horrible and are pretty expensive. But man, I just could NOT resist buying them every day for like... A week. I mean come on: it's called an "elixir" and it has a lot of different Final Fantasy characters on it. Must buy for every fanboy.
