"@sir_carrot: No nudity allowed in Japanese console games under current Japanese laws. That's why games like Conan (which includes topless women in non-Japanese versions) have tops in the Japanese version of the game. Yes, Japan does have the "Z" rating for console games, but that does not mean nudity is allowed. Those PS2 ero-games that do exist are unofficial because they're not allowed to be official."
