They are reacting genius.They took the patch down,they are looking at it.They are contacting users with issues and will fix the problem.At least they are acknowledging a problem for users and are trying to figure it out.

lol..good one.Yeah I suspect this is limited to maybe a few hundred at most.I don't know anyone with a 360 who hasn't RROD at least once.Mine did it twice in two weeks,but as long as they give a fast turn around time and service I'm happy.The same applies to Sony.

I have the game on both consoles.I've been playing more on 360,but there is really no difference other than achievements from what I can see.

While the game is not COD4 in regards to Infantry,I would consider it the second best Modern Military FPS yet released.
Hit points and splash damage need to be looked at.It's a little on the arcadey side with having to unload on someone to kill them sometimes.

Like someone mentioned they were running pretty parallel in production,so I don't think anybody copied anyone.The concept for Resistance was being thought off before the PS3 was even announced.Production began in Late 05.
Not sure when Epic started on Gears.

You have to get it.It's longer than I imagined it would be and stay for the credits.
It got a little aggrivating for me at the end,but it's a definite good game.
