Honestly, I expected it to be much worse. It's not even close to being as bad as people make it out to be. I have a few other iPods as well, and the only thing that makes those better is how easy they are the use.

The Zune's a little complicated, but after you get used to it and use the Unlimited Music plan, it's great.
