All I want is for NHL 09 to be good. 08 was so disappointing. When you can dominate the entire game, only for the computer to score 3 goals in a row in the last period to win it, that it is not "smart ai". That is broken and cheap ai.

Surprisingly, I like the US cover the best. That is rare. The Japanese and European art style simply looks too juvenile. It looks like a poor imitation of the classic MGS art-style by an untalented artist.

Good lord. Whoa created this? I am in marketing and even I figure out who this is aimed at. It certainly won't be aimed at teen gamers because why would Microsoft be promoting that their parents, the buyers of games, are lame? I would suspect it is aimed at the parents just for that reason: they are the buyers of games, and of systems. However, these definitely miss the mark when trying to appeal to an older demographic. SHITTY.

Honestly, we need realistic women in video games. It is embarrassing that the impossibly huge breasts are deemed acceptable.

It certainly doesn't break down the stereotype that gamers are just a bunch of girlfriend-less sex-lacking nerds. Since when did we, as a society, stop admiring the beauty in REAL women and started worshiping the plastic surgery culture.

Boobs are not the problem, it is our society's view that natural and real beauty just isn't beautiful enough.

Wow... that is a terrible idea. I've got the 80 GB so I'm not too worried, but what about the 20 GB users? If they have 4 games with mandatory installs, then they are screwed.

Personally, I think this game looks awful. Rockstar is a very iffy company. They certainly aren't perfectionists. They don't seem to mind if their game is ugly and if their voice acting is horrendous. I haven't enjoyed a GTA since Vice City and I doubt this will be any exception. It's the same old package with newer, equally ugly visuals.

Shaky cam is one of the most overused and quickly-becoming-cliche techniques in film today. Ugh. Just look at the atrocity that is 28 Weeks Later. Half of the movie isn't comprehensible because of all the shaking.

Whatever happened to proper cinematography (at least in big-budget films. Many smaller art films are still gorgeous). Just look at Stanley Kubrick's works. His use of the steady-cam has produced some of the most visually stunning films ever. Barry Lyndon is a treat for the eyes.

It's actually a pretty funny movie. I saw it at a film fest this summer. Go see it. It's definitely not A-material, but it's Boll's best and is certainly funny at times. In fact, Uwe is in the movie and he is the best part.
