One of my favorite features in Gundam Extreme VS Full Boost is the ability to watch replays of other players' matches. Thus you can see some of the best players in action and then better your own play-style. Moreover, it’s a golden opportunity to see some of your dream fights; like say, Gundam Wing vs Gundam SEED.

In the replays, you control the camera, deciding who to watch and when. And by removing the interface, the battles become strikingly cinematic. The only problem is, when the game tries to render a four-player split-screen of the battle, the frame-rate drops significantly.

To see the battle between Freedom Gundam and Providence Gundam VS Gundam Wing Zero and Gundam Deathscythe Hell, check out the video above.

Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme VS Full Boost was released on January 30, 2014. There is currently no word on a Western release.
