Expect a formal press release tomorrow, but the official Battlefield 2142 web site has posted an announcement about an upcoming "booster pack" for the team-based first person shooter. If you like headshotting mech-suit wielding cyborgs in the head with a bazooka and having your triumph punctuated by a big fat Windows crash message, keep your eyes open in August. And we guess it still hasn't, since that peculiar philosophical quality of announcedness is usually dictated by the gibbering baboons in the PR department.
