Yes, yes he could. That message is currently posted on his website, IAmAGiantDick.com GooGumProduce.com, in response to the internet outrage spurred by his flash 'game'.

This of course is way above market value for an apology, and even that only applies to things we can't simply ignore, so it goes without saying that no one should give Captain Asshat of the Asshat Commandos here any money. I am however fully prepared to offer him, completely free of charge, a lovely game of hide and go fuck yourself. Michael Fahey
