Bo Jackson, two-sport all star and Tecmo Bowl hero, has never actually played the video game in which he dominates, he revealed today on ESPN's Sports Center.

I don't know how Jackson has resisted playing the 1989 Nintendo football game, which turned him into something of a cheat code. You could beast up and down the field with Tecmo Bo in ridiculous fashion, using him to rack up 99-yard rushes and run down entire quarters without allowing a single tackle. I always just assumed that all athletes do nothing but play as themselves in every sports game they can.
