EA Sports FIFA 18 on Nintendo Switch (yes that’s what Nintendo’s calling it) will include all the stuff FIFA games normally have minus the Alex Hunter story mode hyped at today’s EA event. Instead, the Switch version will have an exclusive “Kick Off” mode. Nintendo is calling it the “deepest portable FIFA ever.”
Everything EA Announced At E3 2017
Electronic Arts just kicked off E3 2017 with an earlier than usual Saturday press conference. EA showed some some Star Wars, some sports, some car chases, and a brand-new game from BioWare called Anthem. There was also a live drumline, in case you thought E3 needed more drumlines.
Our First Look At Star Wars Battlefront II's Multiplayer In Action
EA showed off some Battlefront II footage at today, and it looks awesome. According to EA boss Andrew Wilson, the developers considered all “constructive” criticism players had for the first game. They also claim BFII will have three times more content than the first game.
These are the first glimpses of NBA Live 18, a return to the basketball court for Electronic Arts. A new campaign mode, split between the streets and the league, boasts a Destiny-esque growth and loot system for your virtual player.
BioWare Announces New IP, Anthem
Here’s a brief teaser of BioWare’s next big new game, a brand new intellectual property called Anthem. Not much to say just yet, but EA says we’ll see more of it at Microsoft’s press conference tomorrow.
