Be Your Own Game Producer with Kotaku's Kickstarter Picks

Ever want to support indie gaming with your spare cash? How bout getting a little something in return for your support? Then there's probably a Kickstarter out there with your name on it.

Kotaku will be regularly updating its new Kickstarter landing page with a selection of pitches from hopeful developers. Kickstarter is a website where people can submit their own projects, be it a film, a small business plan or even a video game, to try and get funding from the masses.

So what's in it for you besides the knowledge that you helped to fund another person's success, bankrolled their dreams? Most pledges made through Kickstarter also include a little reward. Sometimes a big reward. And if the Kickstarter fails to meet its goal, you the pledger do not have to pay a dime.

Go ahead the flip through the Kickstarter projects we've selected for this month, over on the right-hand side of this page. Make sure to keep checking back for updates and feel free to make your own suggestions.
