One look at the all-new Tomb Raider game and you'll see why Eidos and Crystal Dynamics have put aside the famous name for Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. This is a very different Tomb Raider game.

The downloadable cooperative Lara Croft adventure drops the standard behind-the-back third-person camera angle from just about every other Tomb Raider game in favor of an isometric camera. Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light also gives the treasure hunter a new puzzle-solving buddy in the form of Totec, according to Gamespot's first look at the game. He'll be playable by your co-op cohort of choice either online or off, but Gamespot stresses that the title can be played solo.
