North American PSP and PlayStation 3 owners will finally get to enjoy Numblast, a PlayStation Network puzzler that does things by the numbers and arrives on the PlayStation Store this Thursday.

While Numblast may sound like a topical cream used in more intimate circumstances, it's actually a video game! It can be enjoyed on the go or from the comfort of your DualShock 3 for just $4.99 USD and should probably be enjoyed by fans of the PopCap school of tile-swapping, brightly colored short session games.

A trailer for Numblast is after this, which may help explain just what this new addition to the PlayStation Store will be like.
