City of Heroes becomes the first massively multiplayer online role-playing game to allow player created content, with the release Issue 14: Architect.

This launch video for Issue 14 is an overview of the mission creation system, which we've gone over rather exhaustively in the past. Now that the system is live, it's all up to the creativity of the game's player base as to whether the new system is an amazing success or a colossal waste of time and resources.
