Previously unreleased environment screenshots of upcoming game Wolfenstein have apparently been leaked online. The screens are supposedly of the game's multiplayer maps.

The screens are labeled "property of id Software" and were not distributed by the game's publisher, Activision. Game site Shack News was tipped about a Photobucket gallery containing the screens by an industry source.

When asked about the screens, Activision replied, "The screens in question were not distributed by Activision or approved by Activision, and thus Activision cannot confirm their authenticity."
