Among the 2,000 stores selling the PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 game at midnight is Best Buy, which plans to sweet the deal with events at their stores in the Washington, DC, New York, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Dallas and Chicago metropolitan areas. Members of Bethesda Softworks will be on hand at the Best Buy store in Rockville, Md., near the studio’s offices, to meet with fans.
