The Behemoth, developers behind upcoming Xbox Live game Castle Crashers, plan to hand out bronze Castle Crashers trophies to the top leaderboard slots once the game comes out.
The devs say they hope to show off the statues, which are made of "genuine genuine bronze", during this year's upcoming Comic Con. They also showed off one of the statues gnarly arms. Apparently, casting bronze isn't as easy as one would expect.... I'd expect it to be really hard.

The only thing I want to hear from Team Behemoth and Media Molicule for that matter is release dates for Demos or Games C'mon it's been 2 years already
Also worth looking at the character page. Contrary to some people's (you know who you are, and you should be ashamed) predictions, the three newly revealed characters are not "Purple Knight," "White Knight," and "Teal Knight."
That looks more spray paint than bronze... but what do I know. How much would that cost to ship to people anyway? Is it the first top leader board ppl, or is it the leader after a week... I would assume thousands of people will be number 1 when the game gets released depending on who gets it first and submits scores. lol. J/K. Time to see how this plays out.
looks like clay that has been painted bronze, but what do I know, I have never worked with bronze. Maybe it's like finding a 360 that works... really really hard

@Zombie Attack!!: Keep in mind that they were near completion a while ago, but delayed the game because Microsoft raised the size limit on XBLA games, and they wanted to pack in as much content as much as possible. I'm willing to wait an extra year for a game made by developers who want to ship something as complete as possible, instead of sending out what they've got and charging for the extra content later on.
Huh, working with bronze is really really easy. Anyone who has done lost wax casting in art class can attest the hardest part is making the original sculpture, and that has nothing to do with brass.
