...I thought Gucci AK-47 was something you could buy in Army of Two. You keep it right next to your Swarovski crystal-encrusted Desert Eagle.
You know, after looking through the link, I think that Jesus Cross Rifle is the best weapon I've ever seen. To bad it looks like all the weapons are non-usable anymore.
On topic. Thats 4 hand grenades there. Each one is about 2 1/2 inches in diameter. Thats a pretty big fucking paper weight if he used real grenades.
@Balance_In_Life (PSN):
The "Cross" rifle reminds me of the weapon that the priestcharacter in Trigun uses.

He also did this yellow one for the I Am 8-Bit exhibition a few years ago. I believe it was even on the front of the art book that year.
@Cactuar: Yeah, both were bad ass. I love "holy" weapons as long as they are done right.
I think my girlfriend would go crazy (in a positive and a negative way at the same time) if I'd buy her this chair with Luis Vitton labels.

@exaggeration17a: Yeah, I was looking at that display too and was thinking "Geez, did this guy play Army of Two a bit too much?" Still though, thats pretty pimpin'.
I must have one of those. D:
Meh, there are 20 - 30 artists doing this now and not one save for maybe Tom Sachs is doing anything interesting.
Can I get a Ms. Pac Man grenade to go with the other nade? And how about some Ghost landmines/claymores. BANG!!! Someone just set of Blinky!
@JoeyJo: Yep, that came to mind instantly and was going to check before yelling knock-off, good to know they both came from the same guy.
@Derigor: If I remember correctly he did do a Ms. Pacman one after the original yellow one.
Army of Two gear!
I'm disappointed that these aren't live grenades. I mean what if you need to fight off some ghosts?

According to another website, they actually made two types, one Pac Man and one Ms. Pac Man. So, yes, yes you can.
what you cant see is how dope his work is up close. I watched this boy sit in his house and gold plate ak 47s by hand for months. Pete is one of the most talented people i know. the name of his show was the revolution will be fabulous... come on... A Gold Louis Vuitton chainsaw? who doesnt want one of those? the kid is hilarious.
its good to see at least a few people see the humor behind an Hermes AK-47.
@lynxij: he been doing this for years now.
@exaggeration17a: That's not an AK. It may have AK-like uppers, the the stock isn't 'stock', so to speak. AKs have forward pistol grips- that one is a standard rifle stock, no thombhole or nothin'. But they might have had to replace the stock to make the art legal- but in that case it would suggest that the gun was still operable...
Still waiting for the virtual rape grenade.
