Face it: The Xbox 360 hasn't done so hot in Japan. That doesn't mean everyone in Japan hates it. Oh, no! Not at all. In fact, at least a handful people really like the Xbox 360. Look at the above picture. This individual likes the 360 so much, he/she/it bought back-ups. If that's not undying adoration, we really don't know what is.

So that's where all the 360s in Japan end up.
Maybe thats how many have died on him?
Jesus christ captian backup must be rolling in the dough, since thats rather costly to have that many.
This guy may account for half the 360 sales in Japan - perhaps MS should market directly to him.
You know, it seems to me like Japan has a lot more stuff on Inside Xbox than North Americans do. I think that's interesting, despite the fact that the 360 isn't as popular over there.
smart fella
RRoD?
No problem at all, just grab another one from my stock.
I think Bill would love if every owner of X360 thought like him.
Is this in reply to McWhertor's post about him wanting someone to buy 60,000 360s in Japan to liven up the sales numbers?
:)
Well, all my friends in the list from the rising sun ALL have Singstar with maxed achievement points.
That guy has SEVEN Xbox 360's, that's just a little overboard.
I'm guessing he doesn't have a girlfriend.
Is this Jamzy's house?
It's a culture of fanaticism. There's a fan for everything.
The fact that this person owns multiple 360s pales in comparison to the fact that their home is filled with lolicon. In America, this person would be three steps away from a Court TV retrospective.
Christ on a bike. Log this person's internet usage.
Must...not...make...redring...comment...
So I am guessing that this person bought so many 360's in hopes that a Japanese 360 will be a rare collectors item in the future?
Though it aint too bright keeping that close to eachother along with stacking one on another.
He's the guy who every week buys 1000 Xbox's. OR he's a guy who buys a new one instead of sending the box to repairs. Or he really likes to collect things.
1) Better Eternal Sonata (Trusty Bell) faceplates. Damn.
2) An Aigis figure! Cool.
3) iDOLM@STER figurines from the limited edition? Damn.
im sure you guys posted this before
Backups?
More like replacements AM I RITE??
I see a pink PSP in there...
must sound like a factory in there!
ok ok before I get flamed to death I *did* buy myself an xbox 360 this week...
At first I only noticed the black Eltie and Halo Ed. Xboxes and thought: A real fanatic, this guy...
Then, I saw WHAT they are standing on...
@Rickster: oh wait, I actually saw this somewhere MONTHS ago
Unit one is down! Activate unit two!... oh shit its down as well, Activate unit three!!
Anyways, seriously... thats impressive, on a otaku type level.
I dont even have one! WTH Japan!? WTH!?
Anyone else see the dreamcast in that one picture?
I really need to go visit this guy and play some games with him heh.
That person actually bought faceplates. ha.
So this guy has ALL the 360 sales right?
Also, this guy looks like some random anime otaku aswell.. -_-
@mosiac: I'm starting to get the idea that Japanese 360 owners also bought the Xbox and Dreamcast. Maybe they've been burnt by Nintendo and Sony in the past or something.
@Ecks: cliche much??!
Anyway, i think havin fans would be better than having fanatics.
All power to the guy, his fun and his money.
@Does Not Equal: actually, if you look, they also have PS2/3 games stack in between.
Nice Cake.
He has a Wii nestled there somewhere. There's a classsic controller in one of the shots.
I always think whether guys like him ever watched Densha Otoko
Am I the only one who sees the first picture featuring the red ring of death?
As Witzbold mentioned it is not smart to put all those xboxes next to eachother, so they're probably also all fried already
The only redeeming quality in these pictures are the fate/stay night figures.
@Furu: Or he hates having to switch discs all the time! I'd buy that many 360s if I had the cash solely for that purpose lol.
Man, I really like all the Trusty Bell Faceplates. That red one with Polka looks fantastic. Where can I find one?
@Captain Impulse: Please! Have you seen Jamzy's glasses? He's a man of taste. Would he live in a place like this? I think not!
Well, I hope not, anyway...!
he just bought them to put the other faceplates :D
I like how he has a Dreamcast in the middle of all of those 360's.
That couch creeped me out just a bit.
Ok quite a bit.
And boy is this lad loaded!
@Waka in Japan: that's what i was thinking too :D
@DXY! : Ask me about Bemani!: US got them for preordering at gamestop if i remember correctly. too bad i live in europe. i want them too >_<
@Waka in Japan: That's what I was thinking.
@Ecks: He's got more than that. He has others without the faceplate in other pictures. I'm thinking more like 10 (although obviously one's a brick).
@NaryaMithrandir: I will probably never understand the attraction to little anime girls.
Oh geez. One of the 360's is RRoD'd. Well, at least the person has like 7 more. And an HD-DVD drive. Geez. Are we sure this person in Japan isn't actually an American?
Behold! The great virgin shrine!... But really, where did that person get all the money for that stuff?
My OCD is killing me looking at this photo. You can't even hardly see the tv,lol.
I always wondered who the hell was buying 360s in Japan. Now we can at least rule out all the well-adjusted people.
I wonder how many of those actually work...
haha awesome set up, I should decorate my set up with my figures but I has no room.
Wait, are heaters that expensive in Japan so the guy just bought 5 360s and put it together? Also, saving pic for proof on arson charges. :P
But I kid... if I had the money I'd also buy a 360... plus PS3, plus Wii. I think all systems have interesting stuff.
Strangely enough, I have a friend living in Japan who also has a 360. Not only that, he ONLY HAS a 360.
one thing about Japanese is that they're so dedicated to whatever activities they enjoy...
good god those were some nice collection...even bought Bulletwitch!!
My god...look at all those xbox360 and hd-dvd on the side. Is that his red ring of death collection and non-useful hddvd? A few more years he'd have enough to build him a housee
I guessing this guys lives with a bunch of Real Dolls as well.
All this shows me is that only freaky Japanese people own 360s. Where are the NORMAL owners?
it nice to see such a fan in japan (har har)
but it pains me to see him linking his xbox's so close together, thats just asking for trouble.
they need to breathe.
