What happens when you need to put together an instructional video on how to play Okami on the Wii, and either budgetary restraints or international licensing rights mean your first choice for host - Dr. Steve Brule - isn't available? Easy. You get this guy to do his best Brule impersonation, and hope for the best.

i dont know what to say... it was so terrible...
This video has a strange beauty to it... My brain feels funny.
that was a terrible knockoff of Dr Steve Brule!
Nice one :D
Does it tell you how to get rid of watermarks?
That.....was painful
Man, everything about Okami Wii just screams cheap cash in. I think I'll stick with my PS2 copy after all...
Absolutely brilliant! It's a glitchy and awkward parody of something that's so fundamentally stupid, paying as much as the game to learn how to play it, that it's quite amazing.
I love the 70's rainbow effects.
Hope for the best, expect the worst. It's not terrible at least.
Steve Brule would own this guy with Last Resort
That was ANNOYING.
Apples: They're good for your body and they're good for your health.
Not nearly as hilarious as the original material:
+ Watch video
But it's nice to know that the folks at Kotaku have great taste in television!
Uh....BOO!
I don't get it. :(
@Demaar: I missed it for the PS2, so I picked it up for the Wii. I'm about 6 hours into it and am loving every minute of it. I'd hardly call it a "cheap cash in." The Wii needs every quality game it can get. Besides, once I learned that you can hold down the Z button to paint a perfectly straight line, the Celestial Brush became very fun to use. :)
I approve.
Man, I thought this was "cover" art related when I saw it in my feed reader. I clicked through with great haste, only to be moderately amused.
Classic video. I love it!
Good stuff - there's nothing like making a cheesy parody about a cheesy parody, nor should there be.
Ever since seeing its art style and reading about its mythological setting in pre-release info, Okami entranced me. I bought the game on the day of its release... I've never made a better purchase.
Playing Okami brought me to a place of absolute immersion and wonder that very few games ever have. It now claims that obligatory spot as "my favorite game of all time." (Sorry, Zelda:OOT, to the passenger seat with you. Resident Evil 4, get in the back. Final Fantasy VIII, enjoy the trunk.)
As for Okami Wii being a "cheap cash in," I relished the chance to play my favorite game in a new way, and I'm glad that new players may get a chance to see what they've missed. But, then again, I was on a mission to buy a second discounted PS2 copy - just in case mine ever broke or went missing. Obsessive? Sure. But Okami is absolutely a game worth being obsessed over.
For your health!
meh
Excellent find.
@BtownDesignGuy: LOL iam a big fan of that actor but i can't fucking stand that Tim and eric show. my buddy is buying tickets to their live show in LA i have to convince him not to buy them or find someone else to go to that crappy show with. maybe it's just me i don't get what's the big deal with that show it makes no sense? oh well at least i get new Venture Brothers episodes in a few months.
lool XD.... I need to get okami for wii =_=
I think appreciation of Tim and Eric's Awesome Show requires that you were semi-conscious in the 80s.
Reason?
Their style is mostly parodying 80's bland crappy tv infomercials and culture.
Dr. Steve Brule is one of the few reasons I watch Tim & Eric Awesome Show, Great Job. Seriously, that show hurts my brain. Literally.
John C. Reilly / Steve Brule Rules!!!
As do Tim and Eric. I'll second Pickleprince, that it helps if you were around in the 80's.
More of their geniusness!

I had no trouble with Okami on the wii and the strokes... I don't know why I just did not. The bloom minigame gave me a little trouble then I figured out it was because I was not doing a full circle. After that I got it flawlessly.
@pickleprince: I was around in the 80's.
Still don't like the show.
