I've been saying this ever since I played the game, only less humourous, and with long punctuation. He hits the nail on the head as usual, pure gold.

I never thought he was losing his touch, but I think his Turok review was funnier (partially because I dislike the current state of 'nades in FPSs). However, I'm still happy.

Yeah I played AOT a lot more than GOW personally.

While shooting the armored folks in the bum works, you can kill them just by shooting the shit out of em from the front. Just be sure you have LOTS OF AMMO. The shotgun works best since you can knock the tart on his ass then pump him full of lead while he tries to get up only to be knocked down again.

Excellent as always Yhatzee but this review of his made it seem like he actually enjoyed the game since its not as mean spirited as he usually is. ;D

As it stands, his reviews are probally the most comical on the internet for the moment. Someone needs to move his ass to north america so he isnt reviewing games on the Australian release schedule (2-6 months delay WTF)

i definately do feel sorry for the UK/AUS "localization" process .. which translates the game from .. english to well ENGLISH. PAL/NTSC switching aside (how hard is that anyways really..)

I have my AK upgraded all the way, including that giant drum of a magazine. when I have to use more than 1 mag to kill a few guys, I get angry. Even if they had a steady diet of pcp, 200+ rounds from an AK should take you out!!!! ARG THIS GAME.

Why cant CoD4 have co-op so the wife and I can play together. I hope HAZE is a better co-op experience but some how I'll doubt it.

I know, but he and I pretty much agree on shooters at this point, and it's about the same thing I'd seen in other reviews. This game (and The Club) caught my attention, but the reviews always seem to echo my darkest suspicions about these games.

@fuchikoma: The Club is fun if you just need a mind kill game / like trying to top best scores and whatnot.

But shit some of the stages are hard. :x

AOT is just something fun to run through with friends and shoot / blow shit up. ;D

Ahhh good old Army of Two. It's already been beaten to death by ZP so i'll keep this brief. On normal difficulty this game is insanely easy, which in reality it should be as you're covered head to toe in body armor. On realistic or hard or whatever they call it, the game is stupidly hard(er). When a few shots can knock you out of the fight it's just stupid. Meanwhile mr. no armored baddie takes 10 rounds to the chest and keeps on fight'n. Same can be said about the lame "bosses" who possess virtually the same armor as you do yet can only be killed from behind. Thank the gods for free games :)

@QC8472: Done it. Both on hardest difficulty. I've got the footage but my laptop exploded during the video capture due to an overload of awesomeness.

Army of Two is balls plain and simple. Don't buy it.

@UncleScrotar: Being covered head to tow in body armor may help if someone is spraying the area with a uzi or 9mm but once they move up to rifles of any kind you are dead unless you are wearing super heavy armor in which case you are in for bruises and broken bones from the first shot and death from all subsequent shots.

Slow tandem parachuting, dressing up your characters, hugging your friend after every massacre; what exactly is gay about that? I hope the sequel has more sniping and a shower co-op sequence to wash those "unreachable" areas...wtf did I just say? Oh God, I think it gave me the gay.

The part where he runs off to get a ladder had me laughing so much I had to rewind the part I missed.

Yahtzee also has the uncanny ability to choose the perfect two songs to go with each of his videos. The last bit says "Next week: More stuff you foreign bastards have probably been playing for months."

Is this game really all that bad? I need a new shooter to play with my gf. We've completed GoW, Rainbow Six Vegas and assorted Wii light gun games. I was really looking forward to getting this..anyone have any other suggestions?

Well I agree with his review except for one point. I still have fun playing Army of Two. It's no where near as good as COD4, but I think Army of Two is LOADS better then Rainbow 6 : Vegas 2.
