Altair skin aside, I am even more stoked for MGS4, the gameplay looks awesome. I love the over the shoulder cam for this game. I always thought that it would benefit the metal gear solid series.

It struck me as a very heavily modded version of Gears of War for the PC.

Looks good, but otherwise I'm not very impressed. The fact that, sadly, I've never been able to really get in a MGS game probably doesn't help. It just look like a nice cinematic with a complete lack of gameplay to me.

I hope they don't fuck up metal gear with ubisfot characters...even though it's kinda cool....I rather they keep it seperate. Now this might be a april fools joke by kojima to confuse us about metal gear...you know how he is.

Since they actually credited Konami and UbiSoft and that Jade and Kojima are members of a mutual admiration society I would be too shocked if the skin is unlockable and that Kojima's Team put it together. Cute April 1st video, real unlockable skin.

Lasted a bit long for my tastes. Ended up skipping after the Metal Gears arrived to the endish area. I mrsn, honestly, four minutes is a bit long for the joke.

Pretty sure that is MGS4 gameplay, which looks fucking awesome. That's by far the most I've seen of gameplay.

As for how they did it, they just put the model on Snake and played. He is hunched over like Snake, crawls like him. rolls, all that. It's clearly just a joke, they two companies did it as a joke.

Again, that game looks awesome.

hahaha that was great. probably ubisoft and kojima teaming up to do an april fools prank. I wouldn't be surprised to see the altair costume unlockable after a play through of the game or gathering dog tags.

snake already wears something similar in those middle east levels, all they had to do was add the bits of armor and daggers altair wears which would literally take about an hour, and then record some gameplay footage. all the physics for his cloak are already in the game for snake so it really wouldn't be that hard to do.

Holy crap, that...the Altair skin aside, was that actual MGS4 gameplay?!?! Those things are incredible! I'm calling it now, Altair camo will be available in MGS4! It has to be after this. I mean, it had both Jade and Kojima in it. An april fools joke it may be, but I think it's an official collaboration between the two teams. But again, my mind was blown by how smooth that was. MGS4 is a guaranteed 1st day purchase for me. Hell, I'm pre-ordering today.
