These are probably made from an old Gameboy carrying case or something. I'm assuming it's just recycled fabric and they either forgot to remove the logo, or just plain didn't care.

Out of all th comments non saying they would buy these. i must be the only one with a un-spayed dog. If babies can have cool diapers why not dogs right? I don't got a kid and my little Bull Terrorist deserves better than the crappy fluffy ones we got her. And for only $5.12 I think I could try it out.
@SaanZ: It isn't dog underwear, they are used to keep the blood off the floor. Cleaning a stain of blood from a carpet is tough work, I know from personal experience, I don't wish that on any of my enemies.
If I owned a dog I'd feel somewhat as if I'm violating it by putting underwear on it. It'd feel like cutting a man's hair whom spend 10 years growing it while in his sleep; just plain wrong.
