He could be ANYONE without those glasses. Shit - he's probably been everywhere - blending in and passing by almost invisible - doing horrible, HORRIBLE things and you would have NEVER known it was him.

....wha...that's not what I imagined his eyes to look like. I always assumed they were black hole-like voids, which sucked up anything and anyone. Which is why he wore the glasses to begin with.

Last September at some drunken TGS party, we got close. Damn close. Dead or Alive creator Tomonobu Itagaki took off his shades, we saw the whites of his eyes.
