I'd go with the gears one. The rock band and NGII ones look too much like advertisements, and the other two are too generic. The gears one is also essentially an advertisement, but without the title it could potentially pass for a neutral symbol with no direct connection.

I would totally sport one of those...

It does bear some resemblance but I don't see any notice of a collaboration anywhere. The graphic is pretty generic and it IS an official xbox product, so I don't know if legal action by CAD will be successful.
