Impressive but it doesn't seems fun

I almost want to get a DS just for this. Only problem is, Ninja Gaiden causes controller-throwing. In the case of handhelds, the entire console (and game) gets thrown. Not good.

Looks fun. And looks nice! Is the whole game played with the DS sideways like Brain Age?

Definitely getting this. One more side-scrolling ninja gaiden would be awesome too, as would a side-scrolling metroid. But until those exist this will do nicely.

I coulda swore you could hold it in any orientation. I can't play like that. Touch screen left, top screen right. I like Touch Screen Right, Top Screen Left. Maybe that's just how the person that recorded it played... I shall see.

When I heard about a Ninja Gaiden for DS, I was expecting a side scroller.

You can change the screen for lefties or righties. The stylus based control works very well. Everyone should go download a demo to their DS and see for themselves.

Damn. This will be my first DS purchase in at least a year.

The sideways-ness confuses me.

It seems pretty boring and repetitive for me. After awhile I zoned out. I popped back in later on, and it looked as though he was performing the same move.

The game doesn't look like anything special.

@ShaggE: You also have to remember that Nintendo products are durable. Only God knows how many times that I've dropped my DS on the ground and tossed it on the bed and it still works well.

@brent_w: no they don't which is such a shame considering MP:Hunters looks like a lower resolution, lower polygon GC Metroid Prime. the same could be said for Zelda: PH too.

I can't wait for this game. Reminds me of Phantom Hourglass controls but much faster with NINJAS. You can't say no to ninjas...
