The Online Video Game Atlas has an enormous archive of maps ripped straight from a pretty varied collection of video and computer games. The atlas has been up since 2002, but it's worth pointing out every few years. Although they don't have the DS or PSP yet, the atlas does include a collection of some current gen consoles. The database is pretty thorough, including a lot of maps that really don't need the attention. Some games, like, say Bad Dudes Vs Dragon Ninja for the Game Gear, don't really need to have their maps ripped.
