Just when you thought Nintendo scarves had been played out, along comes this. Knitted by the delightful Etsy merchant and Nintendo fangirl Tanya (Beatboxtaun), it's got Mike Tyson on one side looking like he's had his fill of babies for the day, while on the other, Little Mac is looking a little worse for wear. Beautiful! Such beauty comes at a price, however: at 72-inches long and one-of-a-kind, you'll be throwing down $175 for the privilege of wearing it around your scrawny neck, so impulse-shoppers might want to avoid hitting the link below if they haven't paid their month's rent yet.

Now, let's all wait for YTMND to make a fad out of this.
I wish my wife made stuff like that. Or for that matter I wish I could
I can see it higher than 175 for a hand made, one of a kind stuff.
Hot! The scarf ain't bad looking either.
LOL @ "punches out my heart" ... wuss ;P
$175?!!! Good lawd dats alot of money!!!
I'd KILL for that scarf. No words can describe how much I love both Punch-Out!! and Scarves... well, other than "I LOVE Punch-Out!! and Scarves."
keep the scarf, i'll take the girl :)
@zanzibarlegend: wow -_-
@Satsujin:
"how bout i give you a nickel and you could let me wear it for 3 minutes."
Oh My God..........
$175? For this???? I own a Gucci scarf that cost less than $175. And this scarf is super duper ugly to boot! You're probably going to be making small children cry with this thing. No thanks....
If you're going to spend a lot of money on a scarf, at least get something that is attractive. Something that is stylish.
Not a scarf that has the disfigured grill of convicted rapist on it.
@FarmboyinJapan: now that was a little harsh... i mean the scarf is ok. oh fuck it, who am i kidding. putting that thing on might make me wanna bite someone's ear off.
@FarmboyinJapan: That was absolutely uncalled for. Hey, someone obviously put a lot of effort into this, and you can bet someone will think it's worth $175 and be very pleased with it. If you're running around buying Gucci scarves and are so concerned with style, I doubt you can lecture people on how they spend their hard-earned money.
@Grave:
Hey, I will give whoever made this all the props in the world.....it is a perfect recreation of Punch-Out graphics....and someone obviously put a lot of time and effort into making it.
I just don't think that its an attractive scarf.
Why would I want a scarf with the mug of a convicted felon on it? Someone who has been quoted as saying that he wants to 'eat' someone elses' children.
I'll tell you what though, I would drop a serious wad of cash on a scarf featuring Little Mac and his trainer in front of a New York City skyline.
Little Mac FTW!
chicks who wear that type of scarf don't look like that.
@FarmboyinJapan: Exactly. Very well done and everything, but I don't want to carry Tyson with me.
ooF. Thats kind of steep. If its 75% < Cashmere, Its definitely a win.
By the way, Little Mac is full of win.
That is a perfect scarf... so far....
@FarmboyinJapan: Gucci? hehehe lol let me tell you about gucci and other baloney.. they are always overrated, overpriced, ugly looking thing. People buy gucci not because of the look, but the brand. To be honest I saw the worst and ugliest handbag from gucci and it was so expensive but amazingly some rich people would still buy it.. either just to look cool .. or dumb.
@Playstation: ...
You obviously have no clue what your talking about :/
@Fyren:
I think what he is saying is, despite the fact that almost all gucci handbags and stuff look absolutely terrible and tacky, people still buy it simply because it is some sort of representation of rich culture.
@khdownes: Tacky and terrible?, Some find it very appealing.
Do I even have to explain the durability of the said luxury merchandise?. There is a reason that hard working people enjoy the fine products that are presented.
Representation of rich culture?, hardly. Yes, some people that are financially well off will buy on impulse due to the stressed idea of being "trendy" whilst staying "unique" with items that can be sought with a high price.
But most people ACTUALLY pay a price:quality.
Take it from two generations of Park that came from absolute gutter and made ourselves a name here. I am the type of guy who is so frugal, I'd rather skip a meal rather then paying a 1.75 dollar surcharge to pull emergency cash. I dropped a grand for a P bag as a gift to my parents without even thinking twice, that was 8 years ago and there isn't even a hint of wear and tear.
Yes there are premium price added to said luxury items, as with Sony, Apple, and so on. But its not as if the price is inflated 200%,i.e. PS3 off really costing only 200 dollars but released it 400 dollars for shits and giggles.
Once again, the topic is way off tangent, but such generalization ideas with limited scope on overall perspective of the general population is not only dangerous, but can only hinder the outlook of the next listener. Perhaps this comment is shortsighted in itself, but it needs to be said. This goes for the recent racial splurts as well; definitely raised my eyebrow on Asia this, Western that, don't call someone this, I'm speaking on someone's behalf, and other minuscule nonsense.
Run DMC shirt FTW.
@Fyren:
????
Forget wussy little megaman... if ever there NEEDED to be a character in brawl, mike is it!
I'm scared, that scarf will bite my ear off.
@Witzbold: I agree.
@Kwanza: I can see it now, "Ni**a stole my scarf."
*LMAO* @ KM91
