They made these shirts because they are most definately implementing it into their systems. Sure 360 had it 3 years ago but they built alot with online in mind back when it hadn't made such a huge boom. Be assured it is coming.

The fact that Sony printed up these shirts is, I would say, pretty good evidence that in-game XMB will be coming soon. If it's not, then it's a pretty fucked up thing to print. Like spitting in your customers coffee. It's damn funny though!
