Fall In Love With These Team Fortress 2 Valentines

We featured artist Alexandria Neonakis' art last Valentine's Day, but her new series, bringing the best of romantic hokeyness to Team Fortress 2, is even more deserving of some special attention. If you've found yourself without a V-Day card to your name, fire up the old color inkjet and print out one of her five beautifully rendered cards that feature the Scout, Spy, Heavy, Pyro and Medic, famous for their appearances in Valve's The Orange Box. Amazing how Team Fortress 2 seems applicable to so many holidays.

If you're more of a World of Warcraft, Shadow of the Colossus or Katamari Damacy romantic type, those Valentines are still available.

Fucking hell, Gaming is my one reprieve from the barren lonely, mindnumbing wasteland that is Valentines day. Now, games are reminding me what a tosser I am by whining about emotional self pity.

I totally blame the Wii for this.

Wow, bitter.

My only complaint about Valentine's day is that you have to wear a gas mask everywhere to avoid choking to death on the stink of Girls who think double perfume = double the LOVE.

Definitely getting this for the girl that I like. Hopefully she doesn't reject me or nothing like that lol. I love Team Fortress's characters. As for the game itself, I don't really dig into it...

@Lumines: Same here... I love the style and the characters, but I absolutely hate the gameplay itself... too bad... valve did such a good job with CS:source 3 years ago that it's still kicking their current game's asses.

@magically_delicious: I know..CS S is awesome. I mean I really don't like it that much because I suck a lot at it. But I love the zombie mods and Hide and Seek games. But Team Fortress kinds of suck in my opinion because it's not fast pace and the weapons aren't all that creative, whilst the characters are charming.

ive never received a valentine of any kind in my life, and ive only ever given 1, in my early twenties, which was clever, memorable, highly appropriate, long planned, difficult to arrange and was rebuffed utterly and completely, though i didnt know at the time. that was long ago, and longer ago in years of wisdom. i find things like this insufferable now.
