Personally, I hated Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. So this didn't bring on any lol's.=/
And the voice actor didn't help much either.

Try the book instead, I liked it much more than the movie (mostly because I couldn't understand what the hell Depp was saying half the time). Hunter Thompson is a great author. Raoul Duke all the way.

@Scum2k1: I kind of felt the same way... It started off decent with the loads of stuff in the trunk and the fairy/ether comparison, but it just stopped short.

Also, his "Raoul Duke" impression sucked.

I couldn't get past the unenthusiastic voice acting. It sounded like the guy was reading a book to a bunch of children, and half embarrassed to do the proper voices.

i loved that movie so much, that i actually found this border line offensive...

the voice (as everyone was saying) stunk, and i thought some of what they did (didnt bother seeing the whole thing) was kind of obvious.

quick question: was i the only one who at first thought that there might be some 8-bit side scroller fear and loathing game coming out?

i think the combo of gta 2 with drugs and with tons of references to the book could be potentially decent...imo

That was awful. I like Fear and Loathing, but there was nothing funny about it. Worse than the stupid final boss video yesterday. Definitely not worth sitting through a stupid Dell commercial either.

Anyway, that was great on some levels, but I agree with the people saying the voice acting wasn't good enough. It needed more spirit and rage.

Wow, did people actually watch this? I just saw the pic and assumed it was horrible...I was just amused by the idea, not the video that I envisioned would follow that preview pic. Would work great as a webcomic, thats why funny cat pix can actually work (The Fear And Loathing Ones I've seen have been classic funny, and not annoyingly misspelled for the most part), but videos of cats with people narrating mostly suck. I'll continue to spare myself the experience of watching the video, based on the majority reactions here ;)
