Gamespy liquored up some Xbox developers and extracting some more details on the Xbox 360. The "revelations" include rehash on most of the stuff we knew about the guts of the console. It will have three 3.0 Ghz PowerPC cores, a 500 Mhz GPU and 256 megs of system memory. The console will run games on a dual-layer DVD-9 disc and make use of 64 to 1,024 meg memory cards. The console's hard drive will be optional and the 360 will use a USB 2.0 camera.
According to Gamespy's spies all Xbox 360 games will have to be Live enabled and high-def. Gamespy promises to have more details up on the 360 Wednesday.
