Will the Nintendo Revolution controllers feature flip-top, touch-sensitive screens? Nintendo-Philes posted an email from a guy whose boss got a look at the contraption during a meeting with Nintendo. This makes it about as reliable as a friend-of-a-friend story, but it's still worth mentioning. The flip screen can be used for playbooks, maps, or a behind the back view in gameplay. It sounds like an interesting, although quite pricey, idea. I don't put it past Nintendo to try something like this, especially since it would work well with the DS. Actually, wouldn't it just make more sense to have the DS attach to the Revolution controller in some way? I guess we'll find out more in a few hours when Nintendo does their keynote at the Game Developers Convention. Check back here for a summary and complete transcript of the speech.
