And, mute. I have my preferences set to hear only friendly voices (my own team). Of course, there's the occasional screaming racist who ends up on my team, so I hold the back button, select the screamer, and press X. Easy.

Yeah, I have headsets, but I get as mad as him when I hear someone breathing in the headset or he has his TV volume cranked to max, blasting me in the ear. I love it. People have great manners.

I connected closely to the WoW asshole. Its okay to have a leader but when you have a person dominate like that, thats when I just go into shutdown mode. I'll let everyone else run ahead while I retreat to a safe distance and stage a sit-in. Normally this screws over everyone else too, but I will go out of my way to privately apologize to everyone else and about 90% of the time they completely understand and applaud me for it.
Can't help but think those insane women who talk people trapped in adolescence might have a point with people like these.
