Yesterday, news, today, screens. The lovely smoke, and jungle, and weapon effects, they're all improvements. But Rico? He's degressed. Just Cause 1's Rico was swarthy, and we loved him for it. This guy, he's all clean-cut. Where's the hair? The swagger? The fiery, latino passion?
