Cosplayer, a video by Cao Fei that features Cosplayers hanging out and posing in normal street scenes, will be on display from March 4 through April 9 at Lombard-Freid Fine Arts in New York. Judging by the stills, the 8-minute piece is going to be amazing. The pictures blend the surreal images of hardcore cosplayers posing, fighting and just standing around on city streets, rooftops and at home. Some of the shots look almost hand drawn because they do such a seamless job of blending the real with the seemingly unreal.
