Nintendo of America is so lazy late to bring something to america. Nintendo said it would be out by christmas of 2007. Where are nintendo games and no more lame games. where is the dvd and color wiis. where is earthbound 1,2, & 3 or 3d.

If anyone thinks theyre gonna lose weight on a wii fit they have to be out of their effing minds. I run 4 times a week, lift, eat right and its still hard as hell for me to get in shape. I'm not going to lie i hate the wii fit with a burning passion, it makes me sick. Just get smash brawls in my hand so i dont have to think about that monster gimmick!

Wow, that sucks. I was expecting a late January release date - although putting anything two weeks from Brawl-day is dangerous. But still! Six months to localize a game? Doesn't that sound ridiculous?

@scorpi: No, it's why Rock Band's still not out in Europe and Aus - the game might be easy to localise, but getting hold of enough plastic to get the peripherals together is not.

"Plus-sized" balance board? Oh shit, does that mean I shouldn't try to buy Wiifit in Japan lest it shatter under the weight of my fat American ham-hands? I don't know if my wife can wait until May to play it.

@feitclub: I think its just the board is a bit small, and they dont want people like slipping or falling off of it lol.

Since Ive seen it out of the package and it is kinda small.

My feet are size 12 so I think the JPN board would be too small for me (sigh)

@feitclub: THat's an interesting issue you've brought up... Peripherals are usually region-free (even though Wii is not region-free). So, do you think that you can import the US +size WiiBoard and use it on your JP Wii?? (or do you have an imported US Wii?)
