WOW. Even with Soul Calibur's Spawn/Link/Heihachi love, I can honestly say that this announcement of playable characters is even bigger than when they announced Snake would be in Smash Bros. Brawl. (Or Link in SC).

I can honestly say that I am stunned. Like, numb, almost.

As for the inclusion of other Jedi/Sith... looks like they are foregoing characters with human faces, a wise and consistent move, in the SC universe. I really don't need to see a SC version of Mark Hamill's distorted face. (I mean, distorted after they got through with adding him to the game, not before).

I'd like to add: Darth Vader is already my favourite character. Man, what a badass. That's just what HD lacked, Darth Vader. No, honestly.

No freaking way! Guess they just got me to buy Soul Calibur IV then. I'm so in love with the concept of a Star Wars fighter that I even convinced myself I liked Masters of Teras Kasai.

First Olimar in SSBB, now Yoda and Vader is SCIV? I was planning on getting this game anyways, so its just more icing on the cake. As a fighting game lover, I must say this day has been pretty good news worthy.

Nerdgasm! Too bad I stopped enjoying SW after watching the prequels. I got the foolish idea of re-watching the old movies... and some things should just remain a memory. I kind of like the idea of having Taki slitting the throat of Darth Vader.

Hmm. I think it would be better if it were only Darth Vader; I don't want to end up with half of the characters coming from outside the universe. I guess it may not be more odd than Link or Spawn, but there is something that just doesn't feel right. Oh well, if Yoda is done right, he could end up being one of my favorites. (Vader would probably be too slow for me.)

Unless it proves impossible for Vader to lose, it will be a disappointment. The only thing that can beat Vader is Vader himself.

Now add Cloud, Dante, and Snake...and you'll have me screaming like a little schoolgirl.

Wow... just wow... that's probably the most random, but extremely awesome, inclusion to any Soul Calibur game.

They could always add Ryu from Ninja Gaiden or Wolverine...or Gambit. OH OH they could also add "anime" version of the South Park kids....the list goes on and on.
