There's nothing like arming Mario with a shotgun and then traipsing through his world turning his oh-so-cute enemies in to so much bloody pulp. Super Mario Rampage manages to both satisfy your urge to kill and scratch that itch to play Super Mario Brothers at the same time. My first and last run through the game ended with me scoring 435 points, massacring 15 smiling centipedes, flying turtles and walking bombs and collecting one shiny gold coin.
