Seeking answers to their prodding, probing questions, Time have passed on a bunch of reader questions to Shigeru Miyamoto. Since they're from Time readers, most questions are a little pedestrian, though it's still an interesting read, as he gives his thoughts on Nintendo moving to HD, why Sony and Microsoft aren't Nintendo's competition and why there hasn't (thankfully) been a Zelda movie:
We have been approached by people before and we have thought about potential ways that it could happen. But I struggle with the Hollywood process.No idea whether that's a statement on Hollywood's creative process or their quality assurance. I like to think it's the latter.
