Microsoft made such a song and dance over GTAIV in their E3 presentation you could almost have called it a hootenanny. Yet Sony didn't show a thing. Odd. If you were wondering why this was the case, put it down to Rockstar. Dave Karraker told 1UP the reason the game was absent was:
We requested it. We sent an e—mail out to every publisher and said send us your videos that you want put in the press conference, and they never sent it. Not much more you can say about that.No, but we can sure as shit speculate. Snub? Maybe. Forgetfulness? Maybe. "Dog ate my PS3-version trailer"? More remote, but definitely still a possibility.
