Film maker Chris Preksta hit us on the tips line to let us know about his short, made in the E! True Hollywood Story fashion a few years back, The Luigi Story. It's an impressive piece of work, one that chronicles the sad rise to fame of that other plumber, consistently second-billed in Nintendo releases.
